Kristen M. Jackson, founding partner of Jackson Law P.A., along with her partner team of attorneys and staff, know that when it comes to legal matters it’s important for you to feel that you have someone by your side with your best interest at heart. When opening the practice, Jackson didn’t want to control her clients or dictate what she thought they should do in their situation. She wanted to keep the focus on their needs and create an environment where they could take on an active role in achieving their desired result, all while understanding the process as it was happening. The philosophy of working together as a team was memorialized in the company’s trademark, “Together We Stand.” Jackson says, “We partner with our clients. Whatever the end result is for them, we will tailor their needs and work together toward that goal.”

With the firm’s many years of experience practicing estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, business law and real estate law, Jackson Law PA has grown to include thou-sands of clients locally, nationally and internationally. Kristen’s extensive legal knowledge allows her to translate complicated legal terminology into something that her clients can easily understand.
Jackson is a licensed attorney in Florida and Texas and has obtained numerous degrees, licenses and accreditations including a Juris Doctorate at Stetson University College of Law, a Masters in Tax Law at Washington School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at University of South Florida, and a degree in interior architecture and design from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. She is also a licensed Florida Certified Public Accountant, an Accredited Estate Planner with the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, has obtained a Series 7 securities license and a Florida life, health and variable annuity insurance license and is a state-certified licensed Class A General Contractor.
Jackson holds many professional affiliations. She is a member of The Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association and Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, and more.

She has been a member of the Southwest Orlando community since 1984 after becoming a licensed attorney with The Florida Bar.
