Halloween season is returning to SeaWorld Orlando as Howl-O-Scream makes its sixth annual comeback with new attractions, returning fan favorites and the promise of even more scares to be announced.
The separately ticketed event will take place on select nights from Sept. 11 through Oct. 31, transforming the theme park into a nighttime horror experience featuring haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment and themed bars.
This year’s event will include five haunted houses, six scare zones, five themed bars and two live shows, with park officials teasing additional experiences that will be revealed in the coming weeks.
Leading the lineup is the all-new haunted house, “Everything Must Stay.” The attraction centers on a suburban home that has remained on the market for six years after every prospective buyer fled under mysterious circumstances. Guests will step inside the seemingly ordinary house as unexplained supernatural forces turn an open house into a terrifying experience.
Beyond the haunted attractions, guests can also ride several of SeaWorld Orlando’s signature roller coasters after dark, including Mako, Ice Breaker, Pipeline: The Surf Coaster and Expedition Odyssey: Fire & Ice.
SeaWorld Orlando said additional haunted houses, scare zones, themed bars and entertainment offerings will be announced throughout the summer via the park’s social media channels.
To celebrate the event’s return, SeaWorld is offering discounted admission during its limited-time Sinister Sale. General admission tickets start at $34.99, with savings of up to 70%. Annual Pass Members can purchase tickets starting at $29.99, saving up to 75%.
Howl-O-Scream has become one of Central Florida’s premier Halloween attractions since launching in 2021 and was recently recognized by USA Today as one of the nation’s top Halloween events.
