Cancer survivors, alongside healthcare and wellness professionals, will have the opportunity to walk a professionally produced runway thanks to Orlando International Fashion Week (OIFW). On Saturday, Nov. 14, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., the Model for a Day and Model 4 Miracles runway show will come back to Orlando.
Model for a Day will offer approved participants and healthcare and wellness professionals opportunities to be in the production, subject to acceptance and capacity. The fundraiser, Models 4 Miracles, a cancer-awareness initiative benefiting the American Cancer Society, emphasizes awareness, education, and access to resources for individuals and families navigating cancer. Additionally, any proceeds made from the event will be donated to Model 4 Miracles.
For a few hours during the week, participants can celebrate confidence, visibility, and community. This year’s Model 4 Miracles is different, however, as it is not just a new beginning; it is also a full-circle moment.
Founded by Rosanna Tran, Model 4 Miracles was first created in 2009. After working with Fierce Entertainment to support children’s health causes through fashion, Rosanna had a daughter, Elizabeth Tran, who grew up in that environment. As Elizabeth got older, she pursued professional modeling and signed with Select Model Management in Miami. However, she is now facing a deeply personal challenge: ovarian cancer.
With her childhood connection to fashion and philanthropy, Elizabeth will host this year’s event.

Now, Rosanna is bringing back Model 4 Miracles and reuniting with Liz of Bebe’s and Liz’s Boutique, who will be providing wardrobe for participating cancer survivors.
“Liz and I have worked together for years, and there’s something truly special about bringing Model 4 Miracles back together with her and Fierce Entertainment,” said Rosanna Tran. “We’ve shared a meaningful relationship through fashion and community initiatives, and this year’s experience is especially close to my heart. Seeing Elizabeth return in this new role makes it even more powerful. We’re looking forward to celebrating the strength, beauty, and inspiring journeys of every survivor who joins us.”
The return of Model 4 Miracles reflects others’ journeys with cancer. Orlando International Fashion Week and Fierce Entertainment Management co-founder Rob Henlon was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2025. Henlon said that one of the biggest things he learned was that he wasn’t alone. Now, he has the opportunity to reunite with Rosanna at a particularly meaningful time.
“We helped Rosanna bring Model 4 Miracles to the runway years ago, when Elizabeth was growing up around these events. Now she’s facing her own cancer journey, and she’s the face of our flyer and the host of the show. It’s an incredible full-circle moment,” Henlon added. “This isn’t simply about putting on another fashion show. We want to celebrate these individuals, remind them how beautiful they are, and create an experience that brings people together through encouragement, awareness, and support.”
Alongside Bebe’s and Liz’s Boutique providing wardrobe for the participating cancer survivors, Scarlie Paul and Zaneta “Ziggy” Bailey Collection will showcase more designs on featured runways. Some of those will include selected Model for a Day participants.
