In August, The Alfond Inn at Rollins began its 10th Anniversary Celebration. Located in the heart of historic Winter Park, the boutique hotel has become the go-to destination for lodging, dining, weddings and more.

Later this year, the hotel will unveil an art-filled new wing and The Spa. The new wing has 71 new guestrooms, increasing the hotel’s capacity to 183 rooms. Guestrooms in the original building have also undergone complete upgrades with new interiors. The expansion also promises increased gallery space for The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art throughout the property.

The Spa at The Alfond Inn will be open for guests and day visitors. It will offer a wellness component with signature treatments, steam, a sauna, a new fitness area, the hotel’s second swimming pool, private cabanas, and an extensive outdoor living room available for private events. The new lobby Café will serve light bites and beverages, while Hamilton’s Kitchen restaurant has a new upgraded private dining room. A new meeting room and boardroom will add 2,400 square feet to the existing 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and the existing lobby, library, and bar have been renovated.

To celebrate these milestones, the Alfond Inn at Rollins offers a 10-Year Celebration Package, including two-night accommodations, valet parking, champagne upon arrival, and one three-course dinner for two at Hamilton’s Kitchen.
