CFHLA Adopt –A – School Kick Off

On Wednesday, September 26, The Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association (CFHLA) hosted its annual Adopt-A-School Kick-Off Luncheon at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive I-Drive 360. This luncheon featured a keynote presentation by Orange County School Board Chair-Elect, Teresa Jacobs. Celebrating its 17th year, the CFHLA Adopt-A-School program began with the mission to identify, develop and promote positive community partnerships between every public school in Central Florida and CFHLA member lodging establishments and companies. To date, for the 2018-2019 school year, 104 partnerships have been finalized in cooperation with the school districts in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. The goal for the 2018-2019 program is to establish 110 partnerships.

This program is another example of the hospitality industry Giving Back to Central Florida!
