Regional carrier Silver Airways has unexpectedly canceled all flights at Orlando International Airport, leaving passengers stranded over the weekend. Angela Starke, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at Orlando International Airport, confirmed the cancellations in a statement released on Monday.
“We received notification Saturday afternoon that, effective immediately, all departing and arriving flights with Silver Airways are canceled,” Starke said.

The airline’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing was intended as a restructuring effort to manage its debt.
