Waterford Lakes Center Continues Restaurant and Retail Expansion

Orlandoans have been watching Waterford Lakes Town Center’s complete expansion all year long. Now, shoppers will soon have even more reasons to visit the area as the popular open-air destination continues its growth with a new wave of retail, dining, and fitness spots.

The latest lineup of tenants includes Uniqlo, [solidcore], Joe & The Juice, PopUp Bagels, and Total Wine & More. The additions build on recent announcements that brought Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar, CAVA, MINISO, and Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza to the center’s growing roster.

One of the most anticipated arrivals is Uniqlo, the internationally recognized apparel retailer known for its LifeWear concept, which focuses on simple everyday clothing. The store is expected to open in fall 2026 in a nearly 10,000-square-foot space next to Victoria’s Secret.

Another major addition is Total Wine & More, the nation’s largest independent retailer of wine, spirits, and beer. Scheduled to open in late summer or early fall 2026, the expansive 23,406-square-foot store will offer a wide selection of products along with educational resources and expert guidance for customers.

MINISO is set to open June 5, 2026, introducing its popular mix of lifestyle products, home goods, beauty items, plush toys, stationery, and tech accessories. The retailer has become a favorite among younger shoppers due to its colorful stores, collectable items, and frequent collaborations with popular entertainment franchises.

On the dining side, Mediterranean fast-casual chain CAVA remains on track to open this summer. Known for its customizable bowls, salads, and pitas, the growing concept has become known for its fresh ingredients and health-conscious menu.

The center will also welcome Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza later this year. Founded by Italian chef Renato Viola in Miami, the restaurant is known for artisan pizzas. The menu will also feature calzones, burrata, salads, and other Italian favorites.

Looking ahead to late 2026 and early 2027, several additional concepts are expected to debut. PopUp Bagels, a brand known for serving its bagels fresh, hot, and whole, is slated to open during the winter season. Guests will be able to enjoy the company’s signature “Grip, Rip and Dip®” experience alongside a rotating selection of flavored schmears.

Joe & The Juice, the global café chain famous for fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, and sandwiches, is expected to open in winter or spring 2027. 

Finally, fitness enthusiasts will also gain a new workout destination when [solidcore] opens in winter or spring 2027. The boutique fitness concept specializes in high-intensity, low-impact strength training classes using custom reformer machines designed to challenge the entire body through slow, controlled movements.

With a diverse selection to look forward to, Waterford Lakes Town Center is poised to remain a major hub for the growing surrounding community.
