Quest, Inc., is preparing to open a new learning and therapy center in Orlando this fall. The center will provide expanded educational and therapeutic opportunities for children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Quest Kids Academy is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 academic year.

For over 15 years, the academy has offered an educational environment tailored to the needs of its students. After operating in a shared interim space for the past five years, the school is scheduled to open its newly constructed campus at 500 E. Colonial Drive in late fall.

A New Facility Designed for Student Support

The new 16,000-square-foot facility, designed by the Schenkel Shultz architecture firm, will accommodate approximately 65 students. The campus will also include a Quest Kids Therapy center, which will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism.

Education and Development Focus Areas

Quest Kids Academy serves students ages 5 to 22 and applies ABA principles in two primary areas:

  • Early Academics – Focuses on foundational learning and classroom readiness skills.
  • Life and Employment Readiness – Aims to develop social and vocational skills to assist students in transitioning into adulthood.“With about one in six children being diagnosed with a developmental disability, the need for specialized learning environments has never been greater” John R. Gill, President and CEO of Quest, Inc. said. “By fostering an inclusive, supportive setting, we are equipping students with the tools they need to build confidence, gain independence and reach their full potential.”

Financial Assistance and Enrollment Information

Financial support may be available through the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities Program.
