SeaWorld Orlando Announces Just for Kids Weekend Along with Elmo’s Birthday Bash

SeaWorld Orlando is welcoming the new year with a weekend dedicated “Just for Kids,” from January 24-25.

Vibrant DJs, parades, and character engagement will be all the rage over the weekend, with a full itinerary of entertainment running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the two days. Featured offerings include:

  • Sesame Street Party Parade: Fan-favorite furry friends will join for a lively celebration on the go.
  • Meet Mr. Snuffleupagus: Guests will have the opportunity to meet and greet one of Sesame Street’s favorite characters in Sesame Street Land through February 3.
  • Bubble-bration Dance Party: Located at Sharks Plaza, visitors can dance and sing along to this interactive DJ dance party held at select times during the day.
  • Family Craft Station: Families can learn how to make origami-inspired rescue boat crafts for kids of all ages.
  • Meet Shamu & Crew: Snap photos at the Front Gate Area with Shamu and friends dressed in looks celebrating everyday heroes like firefighters, first responders, and rescue teams.
  • Rescue & Response Vehicle Displays: Close-up looks at rescue and response vehicles throughout the park.
  • Breakfast with Elmo & Friends: Guests can start their day at a separately ticketed breakfast at Seafire Grill at 9 a.m.

The celebrations continue on February 3 with Elmo’s Birthday party, included with park admission. Similar to the Just for Kids weekend, guests can enjoy more meet-and-greets, dance parties, and photo ops around Sesame Street Land, including:

  • Elmo’s Birthday Storytime & Sing-Along: Guests can listen to a birthday story with Elmo and friends and sing “Happy Birthday” on the 123 Stoop in the Sesame Street Neighborhood.
  • Birthday Photo Opportunities: Snap a few photos with Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, and more.

Kids under the age of five can enjoy the Just for Kids Weekend, Elmo’s Birthday Celebration, and more with free admission to SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica Orlando using the 2026 Preschool Card. Registration for the 2026 Preschool Card ends on February 3. Educators (K-12) can also qualify for free admission by applying for a 2026 Teacher Card.
