SeaWorld Orlando has officially announced the return of its popular summer event, Bands, Brew & BBQ, with new food offerings, live entertainment, and a diverse concert lineup. The eight-weekend festival kicks off on Saturday, July 6, and will run through Saturday, August 24, 2025, providing guests with a seasonal blend of music, cuisine, and craft beverages.
Event Overview
Hosted at SeaWorld Orlando, the Bands, Brew & BBQ event invites visitors to enjoy a mix of award-winning attractions, animal presentations, and live concerts held inside the park’s air-conditioned Nautilus Theater. According to park officials, the festival aims to provide the ideal summer experience for families and friends, offering both day and evening entertainment.

Culinary Highlights
The festival will showcase over 130 craft beers, cocktails, and food items, with barbecue styles representing Kansas City, Carolina, Texas, Memphis, and SeaWorld’s own signature recipes.
New for 2025, menu additions include:
BBQ Sundae: A layered dish of pulled pork, mashed potatoes, pit beans, coleslaw, cherry tomato, and onion straws
Smoked Chicken Taco
Southern Smoked Turkey with Collard Greens
Corn Rib
Drink highlights feature a variety of craft cocktails such as the Frozen Sangria, Royal Rush, Kansas City Smash, Orange Mojito, and Pub Grub Old Fashioned.
