A luxury home in Winter Park has become one of Central Florida’s latest examples of how artificial intelligence is changing the way high-end properties are marketed.
The award-winning, one-story residence sold for $3.75 million just three weeks after hitting the market, with the listing team crediting an AI-generated marketing video for helping generate significant interest. According to the Orlando Business Journal, the video attracted approximately 45 luxury real estate agents to the broker tour and 50 prospective buyers to the open house, creating strong momentum for the listing despite a slower luxury housing market.
Representing the seller was Domenique Lombardo, broker and owner of Royalty Real Estate Boutique Inc. Lombardo told the Orlando Business Journal that while the local luxury housing market has slowed in recent months, she expects buyer demand to strengthen later this year. Following the success of this listing, she also plans to continue using artificial intelligence as a key component of her marketing strategy.
Beyond its innovative marketing campaign, the home itself offered plenty of attention. The award-winning residence features high-end finishes, seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces, and an acclaimed residential design, showcasing the level of craftsmanship that continues to define Winter Park’s luxury market.
For Central Florida’s luxury real estate industry, this Winter Park sale demonstrates that different marketing strategies can play an important role in capturing attention even in a slower market. If the success of this campaign is any indication, AI may become an increasingly common feature of how luxury homes are introduced to prospective buyers.
