Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante at Disney Springs will host its second Aplós pairing event on Friday, Jan. 9, inviting guests to experience an alcohol-free, multi-course Italian dinner paired with functional botanical beverages. The event begins at 7 p.m. in the restaurant’s First Class Lounge.

Dubbed the Functional Friday Dinner, the evening is designed to showcase thoughtfully prepared Italian cuisine alongside zero-proof beverages crafted to deliver flavor without alcohol. The event arrives just ahead of Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend, offering an appealing option for runners and non-runners seeking a celebratory meal without the effects of alcohol.

Executive Chef Ben Dodaro of Maria & Enzo’s and Aplós Liquid Creative Director Lynnette Marrero will collaborate on the pairing experience, blending culinary and beverage expertise to guide guests through a curated menu. The dinner will feature Italian-inspired dishes such as grilled shrimp, house-made pasta, and citrus semifreddo, each paired with Aplós botanical bases mixed with house-made syrups, custom tinctures, and premium ingredients.

The alcohol-free Aplós pairings are designed to complement the menu while supporting a wellness-forward approach, making the event especially timely for those preparing to take part in marathon weekend festivities.

Tickets for the Functional Friday Dinner are limited and start at $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Advance reservations are recommended due to limited availability.

For those participating in Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend—or simply looking for a refined, dry January dining experience—the Aplós pairing dinner at Maria & Enzo’s offers a unique way to kick off the weekend with flavor and balance.
