On Feb. 12 – Feb. 15 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. guests enjoyed a winter illusion with over 70 hand-carved ice, a unique atmosphere, entertainment, and food and drinks at ICEBAR

With a Bridgerton-inspired theme, this weekend’s Love & Lace event offered options for anyone celebrating themselves or people they love. The Love & Lace inclusive packages give a variety of options to choose from.

Guests were greeted by the Ice Princesses equipped with thermal coats and gloves to prepare for an expedition through the arctic paradise. Signature ice glass cocktails, complimentary photography, and handmade ice sculptures were also featured.

The Fire Lounge on the other hand brought energy and excitement giving guests the opportunity to work up a sweat and show off their moves on the dance floor. This lounge offers a full-service bar, nightly specials, dance floor and live DJs, and VIP bottle service.

ICEBAR Orlando has the longest happy hour on I-Drive with rotating drink specials that occur every night. The times of these are Sunday – Thursday until 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday until 7 p.m.

ICEBAR offers hosting for celebrations and corporate events, such as birthday parties or Bachelorette parties. Mixology classes are also offered every month.

ICEBAR is a good option for those looking to celebrate a loved one with fun events happening often.

“This is my first time here and as I look around I see tables with candlelight on them and I see wine glasses for two and it’s very lovey dovey in here,” said Remilee Ables, a customer at ICEBAR. “The best part about Valentine’s Day is the celebration of love for everyone.”

Coming together from Georgia to Florida, Ables and her friends traveled the distance to attend the ICEBAR event as it had gotten a 4.4 star review and positive comments about the venue.

“The best part of Valentine’s Day to me is being with the one I love and the one I know loves me,”said Ables. “Bringing everyone together at this event with my friends who are in couples brings a nice vibe in here, nice drinks, and every worker has been kind.”

Emily Faulkner, ICEBAR bartender, said ICEBAR has created a welcoming environment for her to work and to be herself. Having worked here for 6 years, this has given her more opportunities and chances to better her career.

“I love working here and everyone gets along really well and things run smoothly at ICEBAR,” said Faulkner. “The ability to grow at where I’m at has been a lot as I’ve been trained throughout the bar, but seeing the different types of interactions with guests depending on what position you’re put at is fun because you start to connect with each person.”

“Love is the best part of Valentine’s Day. I love love and I feel like we should show love everyday to everyone, but Valentine’s Day is a little extra,” said Faulkner. “You can celebrate Valentine’s by going out to ICEBAR, giving roses, cards, chocolates, and just appreciating the person.”
