Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, in partnership with Orange County Government and the Neighborhood Center for Families, hosted a Job and Resource Fair on October 22 at its newly renovated campus in Orlando. The event attracted more than 200 attendees who met with a range of employers and community organizations.

Over a dozen employers participated in the fair, conducting on-site interviews and sharing information about available job openings. Attendees also learned about local support services, including transportation options, childcare resources, and Goodwill’s Prosperity Platform — a program offering free one-on-one financial coaching.

The event was the first community gathering held at Goodwill’s updated facility, located at 7531 S. Orange Blossom Trail. The campus recently underwent renovations aimed at supporting initiatives related to economic opportunity, social mobility, and environmental sustainability.

The Job and Resource Fair served as an opportunity for residents to explore employment options and connect with organizations offering a range of professional and personal development resources in the Central Florida area.
