From fireworks to a 5k, these Independence Day events and deals will bring the whole family together.

23rd Annual Red Hot & Boom in Altamonte Springs

  • 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Enjoy a free day of live music on July 3 at Cranes Roost Park. The celebrity artist lineup includes Echosmith, Lauv, Alyssa Raghu, MAX and more. The fireworks display is scheduled to begin at 9:30 p.m. (weather permitting).

4 Rivers Smokehouse Celebration

All 4 Rivers Smokehouse locations (except downtown Orlando) will serve its award-winning bbq on the 4th of July from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. To celebrate, each Smokehouse is proud to offer one complimentary dine-in only classic bbq sandwich (brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken or burnt ends) to all active military, reserve military, veterans and first responders on Independence Day.

Valid ID is required to receive a dine-in only classic bbq sandwich on July 4th at 4 Rivers Smokehouse from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to the promotion on July 4th, a 10 percent discount is offered daily at all 4 Rivers Smokehouse locations for active military, reserve military, veterans and first responders.

City of Winter Park’s 23rd Annual Fourth of July Celebration

Join the city of Winter Park for the 23rd Annual Fourth of July Celebration. The event begins at 9 a.m. at the main stage with opening remarks from city officials and the “Oath of Allegiance” naturalization ceremony for citizenship applicants. Enjoy performances by Americana/rock/country artist and Orlando native Sean Holcomb, followed by the Bach Festival Choir and Brass Ensemble. The event will also include the Family Fun Program’s Kids Zone with carnival midway games and prizes, train rides and more! The annual bicycle parade begins at 11:30 a.m. Children can participate in the bicycle parade at 11:30 a.m. by bringing their bicycles already decorated or decorate them at the old bus stop on the corner of Park Avenue and Morse Boulevard. The Electric Utility Department will sponsor free hot dogs, watermelon and water, while supplies last. Additional food items will be available for purchase.

Fireworks at the Fountain at Lake Eola

Take part in a Fourth of July celebration at one of Orlando’s most iconic locations, Lake Eola. The event will include live performances, a beer garden and food and beverages available for purchase. Make sure not to miss the fireworks countdown pre-show at 9 p.m. and the fireworks display at 9:15 p.m.

Celebrate the Fourth of July at SeaWorld Orlando’s Electric Ocean spectacular. Watch the firework finale to “Ignite”, SeaWorld’s end-of-day spectacle. The Independence Day firework display will begin at 9:30 p.m. Reserved seating packages for Electric Ocean and the Fourth of July firework display are available for purchase at the park and online in advance. Pricing starts at $49 per person ages 3 and up.

Star Spangled Sanford: 4th of July on the Riverwalk

Watermelon 5k

The Watermelon 5k is sponsored by Florida Hospital in support of U.S. military veterans. Enjoy a free kids’ run, a post-race party with ice-cold watermelon and a watermelon eating contest. Arrive 45 minutes to an hour early.
