Veterans in Central Florida have a new ally in oral healthcare. Dr. Cuong T. Phan of Phan-tastic Smiles in Orlando has officially become VA-certified, allowing him to treat service-connected veterans. This credential means that qualifying veterans—those whose injuries are directly related to their military service—can now receive comprehensive dental care fully covered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
