Bar Rescue host and hospitality professional Jon Taffer officially opened Taffer’s Tavern, his first Central Florida restaurant and bar, on International Drive in Orlando. The grand opening on Oct. 15 drew fans and food lovers ready to experience Taffer’s modern take on an elevated American tavern.
Taffer’s Tavern Orlando blends the feel of a classic neighborhood pub with craft cocktails, comfort-driven tavern food, and innovative kitchen technology. The restaurant is part of Taffer’s nationwide expansion plan, supported through a partnership with Craveworthy Brands.
“Taffer’s Tavern is a place where people can come together where great drinks, great food, and great company meet,” said Taffer. “Opening in Orlando, one of the country’s top hospitality cities, is an incredible milestone for us.”

This system supports the brand’s signature “elevated tavern food,” featuring sandwiches, shareable plates, flatbreads, and comfort classics, paired with hand-crafted cocktails. Guests in Orlando will also find Taffer’s Browned Butter Bourbon, Taffer’s signature whiskey with notes of vanilla and toffee.
