On Thursday, Dec. 18, DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go, the fast-casual pasta concept, will celebrate the grand opening of its newest location at The Mall at Millenia. The fast-casual pasta concept marks its first Orlando restaurant among restaurants in Tampa Bay and South Florida, and its sixth franchise in the United States.
Founded in Venice, Italy, in 2012 by Gabriele Dal Moro, DalMoros is known for its fresh pasta made daily and paired with homemade sauces prepared from scratch. Aside from pasta, the menu includes garlic breadsticks, polpettes (Italian meatballs), tiramisu, soft drinks, and gluten-friendly options. Guests can watch fresh pasta being made throughout the day in DalMoros’ in-house pasta machines.
DalMoros Orlando will host a special “pasta cutting” ceremony at 11 a.m., followed by the official opening inside the mall’s food court. The first 100 customers through the door will receive a free pasta card to use on a future visit.
Opening day festivities will also include giveaways of complimentary tiramisu and bagged fresh pasta, along with appearances by the brand’s playful mascot, Tony Rigatoni, who will be available for photo opportunities.
“We are ecstatic to open at The Mall at Millenia just in time for the holidays and finally kick off our Orlando expansion,” said franchisee David Caruso in a press release. “We’ve achieved tremendous success in Florida in the Greater Tampa and South Florida markets, and we have no doubt we’ll be successful in the vibrant Orlando region as well.”
Caruso added that the mall’s high foot traffic and destination appeal made it an ideal location for the brand, especially for shoppers looking for a quick, fresh meal between stores.
DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go is located at The Mall at Millenia, 4200 Conroy Road, Orlando. Hours are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Additionally, a third-party delivery service is expected to launch in the coming weeks.
