The Downtown Arts District has announced the highly anticipated return of its hit New Year’s Eve celebration, “Midnight on Magnolia,” set for Wednesday, December 31. The event will take place from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at CityArts in Downtown Orlando, offering a lively and artistic way to welcome 2026. After selling out in its debut year, the celebration is once again expected to draw strong interest. Tickets are now available at MidnightOnMagnolia2026.eventbrite.com.
Presented by Valley Bank, the event is designed for both young professionals and longtime arts supporters seeking a distinctive New Year’s Eve experience in the heart of Orlando. With the Magnolia flower serving as its visual inspiration, Midnight on Magnolia aims to deliver a polished yet approachable atmosphere inspired by the creative energy of the Downtown Arts District.
This year’s celebration will highlight a mix of visual and performing arts across multiple spaces at CityArts. Guests 21 and older can expect a blend of entertainment throughout the venue, including live art demonstrations, performances from DJ John Willoughby and co-DJs in the main galleries, and live music from the Blacklist Babes in the FORDify the Arts Courtyard. The outdoor courtyard, a gated and open-air space, enhances the event’s vibrant and accessible setting.

Additional festivities include party favors, stilt walkers, confetti cannons, gourmet lite bites catered by Johnny’s Fillin’ Station, specialty cocktails, and a midnight champagne toast. Both General Admission and VIP tickets— which include an open bar—are now on sale through MidnightOnMagnolia.EventBrite.com. A special 35% discount will be offered from Black Friday through Cyber Monday and Travel Tuesday.
“After selling out our inaugural event last year, we’re thrilled to bring back our New Year’s Eve celebration, which we anticipate will sell out again,” Daniel F. Betancourt, Chairman of the Board of Directors said in a press release. “Whether you’re a local in The City Beautiful or visiting from out of town, this is the New Year’s Eve celebration not to be missed. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience that the Downtown Arts District is proud to bring to our community.”
The 2026 Midnight on Magnolia planning committee is chaired by Betancourt, with Lindsey Hahn, Samantha Klingler, and Stefani Lockman serving as committee leads. Downtown Arts District liaisons include Barbara Hartley, Teagan Carregal, and Jessica Pawli.
