Disney Jollywood Nights is returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for the 2026 holiday season, bringing new festive food and drinks, live entertainment, and a dose of old Hollywood glamour to select nights from Nov. 7 through Jan. 5, 2027.
The separately ticketed event combines holiday celebrations with themed entertainment and seasonal dining across the park. This year’s menu includes new offerings such as the Yuletide Ham Popover, A TWIX on a Classic Pie, and Partysaurus Rex Brookie, along with returning favorites and specialty beverages.
According to the official Disney Parks Blog food guide, guests can find holiday-inspired options throughout the park, from plant-based gingerbread bites and savory small plates to specialty cocktails and festive hot cocoa.
New Food Items at Disney Jollywood Nights
The 2026 menu features a mix of savory dishes, desserts, and seasonal twists on familiar favorites.
One new option is the Yuletide Ham Popover, available at Fairfax Fare on Sunset Boulevard. The dish features honey-glazed ham and creamy mashed potatoes inside a house-made popover, topped with gravy and cranberry chutney.
Guests looking for a sweet treat can try A TWIX on a Classic Pie, which combines TWIX cookie bar pieces, caramel mousse, and chocolate ganache on a shortbread cookie crust. Whipped cream, holiday sprinkles and a white chocolate gingerbread man complete the dessert.
At the Market in Pixar Plaza, the Partysaurus Rex Brookie combines a chocolate chip cookie brownie with white chocolate ganache, rainbow sprinkles, and a sugar cookie.
Additional menu highlights include:
- Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori: Available at Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby, featuring crispy rice, passion fruit-soy-marinated chicken, cilantro aioli, and watermelon radish.
- Jazzy Sliders: Bison and pork topped with onion jam and Gorgonzola cheese on a brioche roll.
- Pork Belly Bao: Korean barbecue pork belly with cucumber slaw and soy vinaigrette.
- Hamachi: Served with caper aioli, Dijon-avocado mousse, citrus-Champagne vinaigrette, and caviar.
- Gingerbread Bites: A plant-based option available at The Trolley Car Café.
Other choices include charcuterie, chorizo arancini, shrimp cocktail, and a plant-based tofu bao.
Holiday Drinks and Seasonal Sweets
Seasonal beverages will be available throughout Disney’s Hollywood Studios during the event, including specialty cocktails, nonalcoholic drinks, and warm holiday refreshments.
The Bauble & Bright combines reposado tequila, Grand Marnier, white cranberry juice, glitter simple syrup, and lime juice, garnished with cranberries. The drink is available at Tune-In Lounge.
For a nonalcoholic option, The Sleigh Bell mixes ginger beer, rosemary syrup, pomegranate, cranberry, and lime juice.
The Holiday Mickey Hot Cocoa, made with Joffrey’s hot cocoa, features whipped cream, caramel-chocolate brownie Mickey ears, and holiday sprinkles. Guests can also find a traditional caramel-apple cider served warm with cinnamon and caramel popcorn.
Other sweet options across the park include the Kermit Chocolate-Pistachio Sundae at Hollywood Scoops, cookie butter croissant beignets at Epic Eats, and salted caramel mini churros at Ice Cold Hydraulics.
Menu offerings vary by location, and some items may be available only while supplies last.
Three Holiday Entertainment Experiences
Beyond the food and drinks, Disney Jollywood Nights features three main entertainment experiences.
Disney Holidays in Hollywood
Hosted by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, Disney Holidays in Hollywood brings a Christmas-themed stage production to Theater of the Stars. The show blends holiday music and comedy with appearances by familiar Disney characters.
Glisten!
Glisten! is a holiday skating spectacular featuring champion skaters and appearances by classic Disney characters. The performance adds a winter-inspired element to the Florida holiday season.
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!
The evening also features Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!, a nighttime spectacular combining fireworks, lasers, lighting effects, projections, and music. The show highlights holiday moments from Disney films.
Together, the entertainment offerings give visitors several ways to experience the seasonal event beyond its food and beverage selections.
