If you’re looking for a reason to fiesta this May, Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar in Waterford Lakes is giving you every reason. From live entertainment to a full month of limited-time drink specials, Orlando’s new loud-and-proud Mexican restaurant pulled out all the stops for Cinco de Mayo.

On May 5, guests will experience a high-energy atmosphere that turns a Tuesday dinner into a night out. Customers can expect face painting from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and live mariachi performances from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Throughout the day, the restaurant will also be running festive giveaways featuring branded swag like T-shirts, hats, and shot glasses.

For those who prefer their prize-winning digital, Fat Rosie’s will also run a newsletter raffle with three $100 gift cards up for grabs.

The drinks menu will get a seasonal refresh, too. Options like the Mint Watermelon Margarita and the Skinny Mexicana Margarita, alongside Modelo and Pacifico beer features, are all available to dine-in guests only throughout May. Premium tequilas pouring for the occasion include 1800, Espolon, and El Bandido Yankee Tequila.

“We’re bringing the energy to Waterford Lakes–lively surprises through the day so every guest feels like they’re part of the fiesta,” said Juan Carlos Martinez, Fat Rosie’s Chief Fiesta Officer.

Although green, Fat Rosie’s has already built a reputation in Orlando for its scratch-made Mexican menu and a “Fluent in Fiesta” ethos. Cinco de Mayo, naturally, is their Super Bowl, and this year, the Waterford Lakes location wants the whole neighborhood to join them.

All food and drink promotions are available for dine-in guests only. For more information and updates, visit fatrosies.com or @fat_rosies on Instagram.
