A popular Orlando food truck is getting its first permanent home. Pacchioni’s Cheesesteaks & Pizza is preparing to open in the former Pizza Bruno space in College Park in early December 2026, bringing its globally inspired Philly cheesesteaks and an all-new pizza menu to Edgewater Drive.

A new restaurant is coming to College Park as Pacchioni’s prepares to take over the space at 2429 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32804. The approximately 1,500-square-foot restaurant will mark a major milestone for founder Daniel Pacchioni, whose food truck made its debut in February 2025 and quickly developed a following for its creative approach to the classic Philadelphia cheesesteak.

The new location also carries personal meaning for Pacchioni, who lived just two streets away for five years.

“Opening our first brick-and-mortar restaurant is a dream come true, and doing it in College Park makes it even more special,” Pacchioni said. “We lived just two streets away for five years, so this really feels like coming home.”

Globally Inspired Cheesesteaks

Pacchioni’s menu combines the familiar comfort of a Philly cheesesteak with ingredients and flavors inspired by different culinary traditions. Developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Mike Collantes, the selection includes both traditional options and more adventurous combinations.

Some of the signature sandwiches include:

  • The O.G.: A classic Philly-style cheesesteak with Cheez Whiz, grilled onions, and provolone.
  • The K-Drama: A Korean-inspired combination of bulgogi glaze, kimchi, and sesame oil.
  • The Island Spice: Features Jamaican jerk seasoning, curry aioli, and jalapeños.
  • The Truffle Trésor: A French-inspired cheesesteak with truffle oil, mushrooms, Dijon mustard, Boursin cheese, fried shallots, onions and provolone.
  • The El Dorado: A Colombian-inspired creation featuring egg, potato chips, and mayo-ketchup.

Guests can also order the brand’s signature loaded Expedition Fries.

The new restaurant will retain these cheesesteak offerings while introducing an original pizza menu. Although additional details have not been announced, the expansion reflects the partners’ interest in bringing the same creativity behind their sandwiches to another familiar comfort food.

Pizza Bruno Passes the Torch

The restaurant will occupy the former home of Pizza Bruno, an established name in Orlando’s independent pizza scene.

Owner Bruno Zacchini said finding the right people to take over the space was important, and he sees Pacchioni and his partners as a natural fit.

“Pizza Bruno has been such a special part of College Park, and when it came time to pass the torch, I wanted to make sure the space was in the right hands,” Zacchini said.

Zacchini also expressed excitement about the new team’s vision and plans to share his experience and mentorship as the restaurant gets established. He even hinted at the possibility of future collaborations.

Meet the Partners Behind the New Restaurant

Pacchioni is opening the restaurant alongside longtime friends and business partners Yeosh Bendayan and Jon Ruhff.

Bendayan and Ruhff bring entrepreneurial experience from two businesses: Push Button Creative Audio, which specializes in audio branding, and Southeast Chevy Parts, which serves the classic Chevrolet restoration community.

Their backgrounds in marketing, business development, customer experience, and operations will support the restaurant’s launch.

For the partners, the goal extends beyond introducing a new menu. They hope to create a neighborhood gathering place that reflects their shared entrepreneurial spirit and passion for food.

Pacchioni’s Cheesesteaks & Pizza is expected to open in early December 2026 at 2429 Edgewater Drive in Orlando’s College Park neighborhood.

Additional details about the restaurant’s design, complete pizza menu, and official opening date will be announced in the coming weeks.
