SeaWorld Orlando has revealed plans for a first-of-its-kind attraction set to debut in 2026. The new ride, “SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep,” will be a suspended family dark ride that takes guests on an underwater-inspired adventure unlike anything currently at the park.
According to SeaWorld, the experience will simulate a submersible journey through glowing bioluminescent environments, colorful coral reefs, and mysterious shipwrecks, culminating in a dramatic finale. The SEA Collective’s Adventure Team guides the storyline, immersing riders in an ocean exploration that blends science, storytelling, and cutting-edge special effects.
Park officials describe the attraction as a mix of immersive design, advanced technology, and theatrical elements meant to highlight the ocean’s beauty and resilience. The ride will be the fourth new addition to SeaWorld Orlando in just a few years, continuing the park’s trend of expanding its lineup of family-friendly attractions.
Annual Pass members will have early access to “SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep” once it opens. While an exact launch date has not yet been announced, SeaWorld confirmed the attraction is slated to welcome guests sometime in 2026.
