Art lovers and community members will have an opportunity to explore Florida-inspired artwork when Made in Florida comes to the Gallery @ 2607 at C. Blythe Andrews, Jr. Public Library in Tampa on Tuesday, October 20.
Developed by the Tampa Museum of Art, the poster series highlights selected works from the museum’s permanent collection. The exhibition features a range of artistic media, including paintings, prints, photographs, and mixed-media works created by artists who have connections to Florida.

Exploring Florida Through Art

Made in Florida offers a look at how the state’s distinctive landscapes, natural surroundings, and visual character have influenced artists and their work.

Rather than focusing on a single artistic style or period, the exhibition brings together works across different mediums and generations. The collection provides visitors with an opportunity to consider the many ways artists have interpreted Florida and incorporated the state into their creative work.

The exhibition is presented as part of Gallery @ 2607, the gallery space at C. Blythe Andrews, Jr. Public Library.
