Orlando Mom Collective to Host 4th Annual Women’s Wellness Event in Winter Park

 Orlando Mom Collective has announced the return of its 4th Annual Women’s Wellness event, “Prioritizing Our Health,” set for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 5 to 8 p.m. at The Center for Health & Wellbeing in Winter Park.

The annual gathering is designed to empower women with tools and resources to better understand their health and take proactive steps toward prevention. Organizers say the event highlights the importance of education, access, and equity in women’s health.

“Our goal is to inform and empower women to take responsibility for their health,” Eryn Vargo, founder of Orlando Mom Collective said. “We want to encourage women to understand their health options and identify services, resources, and products that help them prevent poor health issues before they start.”

Event Highlights

Attendees will have access to a wide range of expert-led discussions, interactive activities, and a vendor marketplace tailored to women’s health and wellness needs.

Expert Speaker Topics include:

  • Understanding our bodies as we age

  • Breast health and prevention strategies

  • Gynecological health and proactive care

  • Mental health and managing the mental load

  • Dermatological health and skin prevention

  • Relationship health and communication strategies

  • Holistic health tips for everyday life

Interactive Wellness Experiences include:

  • Build-your-own body scrub station

  • Flower bouquet design

  • Chair massages and health screenings

  • Juice bar tastings and skincare demonstrations

Vendor Marketplace:
Local businesses and providers will offer services and resources covering:

  • Holistic health and mental wellness

  • Breast and gynecological care

  • Preventive health and screenings

  • Fitness and overall well-being

In addition, AdventHealth Health Navigators will be onsite to answer personalized health questions.
