Love is in the Air

We’ve filled the calendar with special opportunities to share with your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day season. First, experience the charm and romance of Park Avenue at Sip, Shop and Stroll. Discover the latest fashions, gift ideas and seasonal menus at participating merchants on Thursday, February 5. Patrons will receive a complimentary wine glass plus appetizer and beverage pairings as they stroll through downtown Winter Park.

Then, make a date with your sweetheart and pack a picnic basket. The Park Avenue Merchants Association is proud to host “The Sweetest Sounds: A Valentine Concert in Central Park” on Sunday, February 8. In celebration of the Bach Festival Society’s 80th Annual Bach Festival, members of the Bach Festival Choir will join Michael Andrew & Swingerhead for an afternoon of music and romance beginning at 4 p.m. The event is free and will take place at the Central Park stage.

Sandwiched between these two seasonal favorites is the chamber’s annual Membership Awards Celebration presented by CenturyLink and Kuykendall Gardner. The event is a tribute to the members and volunteers who make our organization and community so remarkable. Join us in showing some love to these outstanding members on Friday, February 6 at The Alfond Inn.
