Elevations – The Nature of Wine: A Curated Journey

This year’s theme, “Elevations – The Nature of Wine,” takes guests on a curated journey through California’s esteemed coastal growing regions, including Sonoma, Mendocino, and Santa Barbara. Participants will sample seven exceptional wines, each meticulously selected to complement a range of dishes from dry-aged steaks to fresh seafood.
