Seminole Science Charter School and A Petrified Forest

WHAT: On. Oct. 10, Seminole Science Charter School and A Petrified Forest – a haunted scare trail experience – will team up for Kids Day, with ticket sales benefiting Make-A-Wish of Central and Northern Florida. From 9 a.m. to noon, the community can visit A Petrified Forest – located
at 1360 E. Altamonte Dr. in Altamonte Springs – for family-friendly activities, including trick-or-treating, a costume parade, games and crafts.

Entry costs $5. In support of the fundraiser, Seminole Science Charter
School students and staff donated 43,000 pieces of candy for distribution
during the event.

Last year, Kids Day raised more than $5,500 for the local Make-A-Wish
chapter, helping the nonprofit grant wishes for children with critical
