On Tuesday, July 21, Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream is partnering with local mother Cara Berry to host a community fundraiser in honor of what would have been her son Liam’s 10th birthday.
Liam passed away when he was just three years old. One of his family’s most cherished memories is taking him to Kelly’s for his favorite treat: Cookie Monster ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. In honor of Liam’s 10th birthday, the event will give back to The Finley Project, the local nonprofit that supported the Berry family after their loss.
EVENT DETAILS
When: Tuesday, July 21, 2026 | From opening until 5:00 PM
Where: All Seven Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream Scoop Shops (excluding locations inside Foxtail Coffee)
The Giveback: Kelly’s will donate 10% of ice cream sales at all seven scoop shops from opening until 5:00 PM to The Finley Project.
Special Tributes: Shops will feature a custom flavor tag in honor of Liam and will offer free sprinkles all day, Liam’s favorite!
The Finley Project is a local non-profit organization that provides a holistic, 7-step support program for mothers and their families who have experienced the unimaginable loss of an infant. After Liam’s passing, the organization provided vital emotional and practical support to Cara and her family. This event brings the community together to celebrate a little boy’s legacy while funding critical resources for other grieving families.
