Join City District Orlando for their “Move to the Beat!” workout, hosted by Lululemon ambassador, Carolina Cardenas with live music provided by DJ Silva. Simmons Counseling will also be onsite providing mental health tips.
Guests should bring their own workout mat, and are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early to check in and get settled.
