Exploring Florida Through Art
Made in Florida offers a look at how the state’s distinctive landscapes, natural surroundings, and visual character have influenced artists and their work.
Rather than focusing on a single artistic style or period, the exhibition brings together works across different mediums and generations. The collection provides visitors with an opportunity to consider the many ways artists have interpreted Florida and incorporated the state into their creative work.
The exhibition is presented as part of Gallery @ 2607, the gallery space at C. Blythe Andrews, Jr. Public Library.
