Silent Disco Yoga Experience Coming to Lake Eola Park to Benefit Central Florida Families

A unique fusion of music, mindfulness, and movement is coming to downtown Orlando. On Sunday, May 4, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. EDT, Lake Eola Park’s Northwest Lawn will host Yoga Beats, a curated, live yoga workshop designed to elevate the traditional yoga experience through the power of sound and community.

Participants will engage in a 2-hour immersive event featuring wireless silent disco headphones, allowing them to choose between two distinct music channels while receiving live instruction. The headphones ensure a distraction-free, personalized session guided by certified yoga instructors, all set to the backdrop of live DJ performances.

Each session begins with a calming sound bath and guided meditation, leading into a dynamic yoga workshop that combines music and movement. The use of silent disco technology offers attendees an intimate and tailored experience, whether they prefer high-energy beats or a more tranquil soundscape.

In addition to promoting wellness and community, Yoga Beats aims to make a meaningful social impact. A significant portion of proceeds will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, helping to support the fight against homelessness and food insecurity across the region.

No equipment? No problem. While attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and gear, mats will also be available on-site for those who need them. Sanitized headphones will be provided upon arrival to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all participants.
