Fun on the Farm
The farm has plenty of fun activities that are sure to entertain the whole family for hours!
Enjoy the Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch, the “See the Animals” Adventure Hayride, or catch a ride on the Cow Barrel Train. Don’t forget to head over to the Giant Oaks and swing on the tire swings and then Climb Hay Mountain to it’s tallest peak.
From there you can overlook the Old Farm Miniature Golf Course and get an aerial view of Big Frank-n-Slide, one of our most popular attractions.

Renowned celebrity chefs Todd English and Michael Mina will headline the 2025 Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic, appearing for meet-and-greets during the two-night event and each hosting their own signature tasting experience – a first for the 16th annual event.
Both chefs – James Beard Award winners known for their award-winning cuisines, acclaimed restaurant concepts, bestselling cookbooks and television appearances – bring a strong culinary presence to the hotel complex. Todd English’s bluezoo and Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina are both located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin.
During the outdoor festival, guests will enjoy specially curated tastings from each chef’s on-site restaurant and have the opportunity to meet the chefs along the property’s scenic causeway, with English scheduled to appear both nights and Mina scheduled to appear on Saturday, Nov. 15.
Additionally, each chef will host his own signature tasting experience with beverage pairings:
- On Friday, Nov. 14, Chef English will host“A Culinary Journey Through Asia,” a curated voyage through Asia’s rich culinary heritage, interpreted through global gastronomy and Todd English’s signature style. The five courses include: Bluefin Tuna trio; smoked scallop crudo; miso carbonara udon; Koji-cured short rib & maitake; and layered matcha crisps with white chocolate. Each is exquisitely paired with sake or wine.
- On Saturday, Nov. 15, Chef Mina will host“A Global Inspired Tour With Flair,” a culinary journey filled with storytelling, education and a touch of humor. Thoughtfully paired with magnificent wines and a decadent dessert cocktail, the dinner’s five courses feature: bacon-wrapped scallop; white truffle agnolotti; miso broiled seabass; slow roasted prime rib; and the Bourbon Steak candy bar.
The Signature Tasting Experiences with Chef Mina and Chef English will take place at 3:30 p.m. each day. Tickets are $185 per person, plus taxes and fees, and can be purchased at www.FoodAndWineClassic.com. Space is limited.

This Lunch and Learn will show you how to blend wellness and culinary tradition. Discover how herbs like thyme, ginger, cinnamon, mint, and sage can enhance flavor, support digestion, boost immunity, and bring a fresh, healthful twist to your holiday celebrations. Participants will enjoy 8 small plates, leave full, learn elevated holiday recipes, and leave with new ideas to make this festive season both delicious and nourishing!
**All tastings are included in your session fee. The menu will be vegetarian; substitutions cannot be provided.
Registration includes admission to the beautiful gardens before or after class.
Lauren will provide an herbal craft market at the end of class to purchase handcrafted herbal culinary and body care creations. Payment can be taken via Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Lauren Tanner MSN, RN, AHN-BC, OCN is an Advanced Holistic Nurse, Herbalist, and Health & Wellness Coach with 10 years of experience in the healthcare system. She is originally from Orlando, FL, where she started her nursing career and then transitioned to travel nursing for 7 years. During her travel nursing experiences, she worked with oncology and chronic illness populations in a variety of settings. Desiring more education on holistic healthcare practices, she pursued further education in advanced holistic nursing and herbalism. During that time, she developed a view of health as one of healing the mind, body, and spirit, and that nature is a valuable tool for connection and healing. She has a warm, personal, and grounded approach to helping people understand their unique wellness goals and the necessity for individualized integrative health practices. Her passion is studying plants and immersing herself in nature and her home gardens. Lauren is committed to providing holistic health and herbal education and creating experiences that provide relaxation, clarity, and self-awareness to help people make informed decisions that align best with their individual wellness.

The HBCU Hoops Invitational is positioned as a legacy basketball invitational exclusive to HBCUs men’s and women’s programs providing a multi-day tournament experience. This inaugural event is taking place December 4-7, 2025, in Orlando, Florida at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports.
This prestigious national basketball invitational is designed to illuminate and elevate Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) through the lens of competitive athletics, education, and cultural celebration.
The HBCU Hoops Invitational is a non conference, pre-season basketball tournament exclusive to HBCU women’s and men’s basketball teams. Through the basketball tournament we look to offer significant support to scholar-athletes throughout their collegiate journey by furnishing scholarships and vital resources, while also spotlighting and celebrating women’s contributions to collegiate sports.
