Orlando’s new social club and pickleball spot, Hamlin House, is accepting early access memberships before its grand opening in SoDo.

Owned by the DeVos family, who are infamous for being behind the Orlando Magic, the 28,000-square-foot facility will include three indoor pickleball courts, four outdoor courts, a family room, a full-service restaurant, coffee bar, and lounge areas. Hamlin House will be located at 231 W. Grant St.

Early access memberships at Hamlin House begin at $200 per month and have options to cater to customers’ needs. The Racquet Membership is more for guests who are interested in sports, offering full access to courts, leagues, and clinics, while the Social Membership is for those interested in enjoying the dining options, lounge, and events.

There has not been an official announcement for an opening date for Hamlin House yet.
