SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove Look to Fill 5,000+ Job Positions

As the summer season approaches, United Parks & Resorts, the parent company of SeaWorld, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove, is preparing to hire thousands of new team members across its U.S. parks. From May 5–9, the company will host a nationwide hiring event to fill over 5,000 seasonal, part-time, and full-time roles.

This large-scale recruitment effort is designed to support peak summer operations across multiple locations. Job openings span a wide range of departments, including:

  • Lifeguards

  • Ride operations

  • Food and beverage

  • Retail

  • Guest services

  • Park quality and maintenance

  • Ride technicians

  • Entertainment and performance roles

The hiring push reflects United Parks & Resorts’ commitment to providing high-quality guest experiences while offering valuable employment opportunities across the country.
