Located inside Universal Studios Florida, Finnegan’s Bar & Grill recreates the feel of a traditional Irish American pub right in the middle of the theme park. A staple of downtown Orlando since 2007, Harp & Celt Irish Pub & Restaurant was founded by Irish native Kathy Day, who moved to the city in the 1990s. One of the most famous Irish pubs in Central Florida, Raglan Road Irish Pub opened in 2005 at Disney Springs and was created by Irish pub operators John Cooke and Paul Nolan. Designed and built in Ireland before being shipped and reconstructed in Florida, the venue features authentic décor, antiques, and handcrafted woodwork. The restaurant has become known for its award-winning Irish cuisine, extensive whiskey and beer selection, and nightly live entertainment featuring traditional Irish musicians and step dancers. Festivals such as the annual Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival and the Great Irish Hooley have made Raglan Road a major cultural destination celebrating Irish music, dance, and food in Orlando.
