Elevate Jet is celebrating 30 years in private aviation, marking the milestone with an upgrade that signals where the industry is headed next. The company has launched a new mobile app designed to make booking a private jet as simple as ordering an Uber or Lyft.

For an industry long associated with luxury, the app represents a change in pace. Elevate Het’s leadership says the goal is to eliminate the back-and-forth calls, hidden pricing structures, and manual coordination that have traditionally defined private aviation charters.

“Private aviation has always promised luxury, but all too often delivers clients’ frustration,” said Elevate Jet CEO Greg Raiff. “The Elevate Jet app changes everything. In seconds, clients can see pricing, select the right aircraft, and book with confidence. It’s private jet travel reimagined for the digital age.”

From Complex Logistics to Instant Booking

Over the past three decades, Elevate Jet has managed itineraries for leaders in music, professional sports, technology, and business. Its services have spanned on-demand charters, aircraft management, acquisition guidance, and maintenance coordination, which are all operations that often require precision timing and detailed oversight.

The new app aims to translate that operational expertise into a streamlined digital experience. What once required multiple phone calls and manual confirmations can now be completed directly within the app.

At the center of the platform is an artificial intelligence agent named Ruby. The AI analyzes factors like aircraft range, availability, fuel requirements, crew limitations, and airport constraints to find the appropriate aircraft for each itinerary. Users can view transparent pricing across six aircraft categories:

  • Turboprop
  • Light Jet
  • Mid-Size Jet
  • Super-Mid-Size Jet
  • Heavy Jet
  • Ultra-Long-Range Jet

Pricing is displayed clearly within the app, allowing users to compare aircraft options and costs without speaking with a sales representative.

Data-Driven Service

By documenting thousands of flights over the years, the system has created what the company describes as a “living operational record,” helping predict potential challenges before they arise.

The app also incorporates a 300-point internal flight checklist that covers regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and individual traveler preferences. Details such as catering choices, timing sensitivities, privacy expectations, and onboard amenities are stored and applied automatically to future bookings.

By systematizing knowledge that was once held primarily by individual team members, Elevate Jet says it can now deliver concierge-level service at a significantly larger scale.

“We didn’t want to build another useless app,” Raiff said. “We wanted to take 30 years of experience and make it usable, scalable, and most importantly, enjoyable.”
