Illustration

Families with young children can enjoy a free hour of play and socialization at the Regency Park Branch of the Pasco County Public Library Cooperative this November. Preschool Playtime invites young children and their caregivers to explore, play and connect with other families in a welcoming library setting.

The program is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 12, from 11 a.m. to noon in the library’s Storytime Room in New Port Richey.

A Library Program for Young Children

Preschool Playtime gives young children an opportunity to discover new things, interact with other children and learn through play while spending time with their caregivers. The program also offers families a chance to connect with others in the community.

Held at the Regency Park Branch, the event is part of the library’s programming for local families. Parents and caregivers looking for activities for preschool-aged children can use the session as an opportunity to introduce little ones to the library in a relaxed, social environment.
