Orlando is about to turn up the heat. The Orlando Fire & Flavor Festival is coming to Festival Park on October 10–11, bringing a weekend of hot sauces, spicy food, live music, competitions, and family-friendly activities to the city.
Whether you consider yourself a hot sauce connoisseur or prefer to keep things mild, the two-day festival offers plenty of ways to enjoy the weekend. Guests can browse hot sauce vendors, sample spicy food creations priced at $10 or less, shop with local makers, and put their heat tolerance to the test during a spicy pepper eating competition.
For those who need a break from the heat, cold drinks will be available throughout the festival. There will also be free axe throwing and a free kids zone, making the event an option for families with children as well as adults looking to spend the weekend trying something new.
Live Music All Weekend
The festival will also feature live music throughout the weekend.
Saturday’s lineup includes Delta Circle and The Hot Seat, while Sunday’s performances will feature Banjoe Steve, Friends Like Us, and Magi Band.
Along with the food, entertainment, and activities, the festival will support local nonprofit One Heart for Women and Children.
