Dog owners in Central Florida can give their pets a seasonal experience this fall through K9 Resorts’ Fall Fest, a six-week enrichment program featuring themed activities, interactive games, and festive keepsakes.
The program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from Oct. 13 through Nov. 19, at 31 participating K9 Resorts locations nationwide, including facilities in Oviedo, Pompano Beach and Wellington. Each week introduces a new theme designed to keep dogs active, engaged and social during daycare.
Activities range from searching for hidden treats in a harvest-themed display to participating in a Halloween parade and navigating a football-inspired agility course. Walk-in daily rates start at $15, with full-program packages available at select locations.
Six Weeks of Fall Fun for Dogs
K9 Resorts designed Fall Fest to bring seasonal traditions into the daycare experience through activities that encourage dogs to explore, play and interact at their own pace.
The six-week lineup includes:
- Week 1: Harvest Hunt — Dogs explore a display of pumpkins and gourds while searching for hidden treats.
- Week 2: Bark & Bobbin’ — Dogs sniff and paw their way toward fresh apple slices placed in festive cauldrons.
- Week 3: Halloween Parade — Dogs pose for photos in costumes against a decorated backdrop.
- Week 4: Gameday Tryouts — Dogs participate in a football-themed agility course at their own pace.
- Week 5: Pawtumn Prints — Dogs create personalized wooden leaf keepsakes to take home.
- Week 6: Barktoberfest — The series concludes with a dog-safe pumpkin spice latte, bubbles, and a seasonal celebration.
Participating dogs will also receive a Fall Fest 2026 magnet and an Adventure Map designed to track their progress through the program. Each week, dogs earn a new sticker for their collectible map, which goes home with their owners at the end of the series.
“Fall is such a fun time of year for families, and we wanted to create a way for dogs to be part of those seasonal traditions, too,” said Dan Wheeler, chief marketing officer of K9 Resorts. He said the program combines enrichment activities with opportunities for pet parents to follow their dogs’ experiences throughout the season.

The activities are designed for dogs with different energy levels and personalities, from energetic puppies to more relaxed dogs. According to K9 Resorts, trained staff members closely monitor participating dogs to support a safe, positive experience.
