What’s in My Lunchbox?

The School Cafeteria
A healthy lunch with plenty of fruits and vegetables will help your child stay focused on learning throughout the day.

Keep lunch fun and healthy at the same time by rolling Swiss cheese and low-sodium turkey together then adding a side of crackers to make your own Lunchable.

Of course you’ll send your kids off to school with kisses but add some Hershey Kisses to their lunchbox for a little reminder that you’re thinking about them.

The Office
This salad recipe from The Fresh Market has everything you need for a mid-day energy boost.

The leafy greens pack a punch with plenty of fiber, while each topping helps your body in its own way. Try adding some avocado for healthy fats or chunks of mango for added vitamins B and C.

Satisfy your sweet tooth with fresh fruit instead of reaching for an unhealthy dessert after lunch.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp. The Fresh Market extra virgin olive oil
• 1 lb. peeled/deveined shrimp
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 lb. organic power greens
• 1 salad topper veggie kit
• 4 oz. crumbled feta
• 1 bottle The Fresh Market mango coconut dressing

Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper and cook on all sides until pink, 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, place salad greens in a mixing bowl. Add contents of Salad Topper Veggie Kit to mixing bowl with greens. When shrimp is done cooking, add to mixing bowl with greens and vegetables. Sprinkle feta over the salad mixture. Pour half a bottle of dressing over salad mixture and toss with tongs to thoroughly combine. If mixture seems a little dry, add more salad dressing to taste. To serve, use tongs to dish salad into shallow bowls or pack into Bento boxes for later.
