Kissimmee is welcoming the “fast-casual” Mexican restaurant Talkin’ Tacos to its hospitality scene on Friday, October 24, with a grand opening evening filled with festivities, giveaways, and best of all, free tacos.
Located on Loop West shopping plaza at 2007 W Osceola Pkwy, the first 100 guests of the night will receive a free order of Birria Tacos, a Jarritos beverage and Talkin’ Tacos merchandise. Along with free food, the grand opening will feature live entertainment such as a DJ and an LED Robot.
“We built this location from the ground up and we’re beyond excited to open in Kissimmee, joining our three other Orlando-area locations,” Mohammad Farraj, co-founder of Talkin’ Tacos said in a press release.
In addition to the opening festivities, Talkin’ Tacos is offering free meals to first responders from October 27-30.
From their humble beginnings in 2020 as a Miami food truck to launching locations across Florida, Washington, D.C., New York City, Atlanta, Dallas and Charlotte, the restaurant is continuing to “spice up” the Mexican food scene.
The 2,044-square-foot Kissimmee restaurant is filled with vibrant signage and murals and also offers indoor seating, with plans of outdoor seating coming soon.
The Halal Mexican menu will feature favorites such as Birria Tacos, Mahi Mahi Burritos, Birria Ramen and Street Corn in a cup, with the slow-braised beef birria being a standout item. For a sweet treat, Talkin’ Tacos is also serving up Loaded Churros and Tajín & Chamoy gummies.
“Kissimmee is a vibrant, growing community, and we can’t wait to become part of this neighborhood, share the unique Talkin’ Tacos experience, and give the community a new spot to gather, enjoy great flavors, and make memories,” Farraj said.
