Christmas Eve at Sophia’s Trattoria is all about honoring Italian tradition with a beautifully curated Feast of the Seven Fishes. The multi-course celebration begins with starters like crispy smelt with lemon caper aioli, shrimp bagna cauda bathed in garlic-anchovy butter, and calamari stufato braised in pomodoro with capers, raisins, and pine nuts.

Entrées highlight pristine seafood preparations, including diver scallops with beluga lentils and smoked trout roe, spaghetti vongole with littleneck clams and Vermentino, red snapper “acqua pazza” style, and grilled branzino with walnut salsa Genovese. Dessert wraps up the evening with a festive Christmas cake layered with spiced mascarpone, mulled wine jelly, and wine reduction.
