The holiday season just got a whole lot more mischievous. Starting Tuesday, Dec. 2, McDonald’s will begin offering “The Grinch Meal” at participating U.S. restaurants. According to McDonald’s, the Grinch Meal is meant to bring a “festive twist” and a touch of irreverent holiday mischief to the season. The event marks the first time McDonald’s is offering this Grinch‑themed meal in the U.S., after previous international releases.
What’s in the Meal?
- Main: Customers choose either a classic Big Mac or a 10‑piece Chicken McNuggets.
- Sides: Instead of regular fries, the meal includes the brand‑new Dill Pickle McShaker Fries, which are McDonald’s standard fries shaken with a dill‑pickle seasoning packet humorously dubbed “Grinch Salt.”
- Drink: A medium soft drink.
- Bonus Items: Each meal comes with a pair of limited‑edition Grinch-themed socks (available in four colors), complete with silly messages from the Grinch. The socks are part of the promotion; they aren’t sold separately.
Florida is among the states where fans can get a taste of the Grinch Meal this holiday season. Participating McDonald’s locations include Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, and other locations that will carry the meal while supplies last. Customers are encouraged to check with local restaurants to ensure availability, as some locations may run out quickly due to high demand.
