This iteration of the four-course wine dinner series will present wines from the northern Italian province of Lombardy. The full menu, which is $49 per person, includes:

BRICK OVEN ROASTED PORK LOIN
polenta with mascarpone, wild mushrooms, mostarda di frutta

Paired with Dolcetto d’Alba, Elio Altare, La Morra, Piedmont DOC

DESSERT

“POLENTA AND OSEI”
sponge cake soaked in orange liqueur, shaved dark chocolate, toasted almonds, marzipan
