Nicole will lead the class through yoga postures, calming breathing techniques and tips on practicing mindfulness in your everyday, busy lives. Orange County Public Schools are closed for Spring Break on March 16, so bring your favorite junior yogis and help them return to school in a calmer, more focused state.
