Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, District 6 City Commissioner Samuel B. Ings, city commissioners and Police Chief John Mina invite residents to be a part of this event, which will increase awareness and understanding of police practices in the community.

Seating is limited, so participants must register in advance. Due to the subject matter and small group discussion, Orlando Speaks is not appropriate for individuals under the age of 15. Individuals 15 years and older must register in advance.

THE GOALS ARE TO:
•Increase awareness and understanding of police practices
•Strengthen interpersonal relationships through the sharing of personal stories and experiences
•Develop trust and sensitivity to support interactions with one another
•Expand citizen engagement
