Mixed media artist Elizabeth St. Hilaire, who creates amazing works of art using colorful hand-torn and hand-made scraps of paper, will be the featured luncheon speaker at Newcomers of Central Florida’s luncheon. Her vibrant collages use a variety of textured and patterned papers which are layered to create images that capture the viewer’s attention. Her paintings depict everything from landscapes and botanicals to portraits of people and animals.
