Franklin’s Friends is hosting the twelfth annual HOWL-O-WEEN Dog Walk-a-Thon and Canine Costume Contest at Cranes Roost Park. The event features a dog walk, costume contest, adoptable dogs, pet-friendly vendors, music, food trucks and more, with all proceeds benefiting Franklin’s Friends. Participants can enjoy a morning of family fun while supporting local animal welfare. Prizes are awarded to top fundraisers and best costumes. Admission is free.
