The City of Winter Park’s 23rd Annual 4th of July Celebration will take place Wednesday, July 4, from 9 a.m. to noon, in Central Park. Festivities will include performances by Americana/rock/country artist and Orlando native Sean Holcomb, carnival midway games and prizes, and the annual bicycle parade.
